Pick up from the hotel takes place before the start time of the activity. If you do not receive confirmation of your departure time, please contact us. It is not recommended to book appointments on the same day as the tour, as the return time may vary according to the traffic conditions . Please be aware that if you have chosen the "No Sugarloaf ticket & no Lunch" option, you will need to wait for the lunch break and visit to Sugarloaf to finish before returning with the group to your hotel (or you can return on your own). It is also possible to buy tickets on site - subject to availability.
